 The Travel Scope 70 is a refractor telescope designed for convenience and portability. It offers a 20xx magnification with the 20mm eyepiece and a 40x magnification with the 10mm eyepiece. The Travel Scope 70mm is accompanied by the Sky X astronomy software as well as an instructional manual with full illustrations.

The Celestron 21035 Travel Scope is designed for people on the go. With compact dimensions of 18 x 7 x 14 inches and equipped with its own carrying case, this lightweight telescope will travel with you.

Some plastic is used to keep the weight reasonably low but the lenses are all coated glass for clear crisp images.

The smooth functioning altazimuth mount makes it easy to point for locating objects. The aluminum tripod is full sized and pre-assembled. The carrying case is a soft styled backpack. Children and adults will be able to carry and use this telescope anywhere, day or night.

The Celestron 21035 70mm Travel Scope comes with 45-degree correct image prism, a 20mm eyepiece for 20X magnification, and a 10mm eyepiece for 40X magnification.


Easy Design: The travel scope is fitted with refractor type engineering. This makes it robust and reliable equipment with minimal maintenance requirement. It is designed with fully coated optics that limit the flare or blurs that arise with an image. It also reduces the risk of astigmia. The Travel Scope 70 has an uncomplicated design and is easy to set up.

Flexible Tripod: The travel scope 70 is accompanied by a full-size photo tripod which gives a stable base for an observation point. In addition to this, the legs can be adjusted and kept short. This way it doubles as a table-top tripod.

Sky X Software: The telescope is sold with the Sky X software—an astronomy program that contains vital planetarium information.

FinderScope: It is fitted with a 5×24 finderscope that can assist with finding objects in the sky and ground. With the right settings, it can be used to view light clusters.

Strong Image View: The Travel scope is capable of achieving a magnification of 20x with the 20mm eyepiece and 40x with the 10mm eyepiece. Using the 10mm eyepiece, you can see clear pictures of the four moons circling Jupiter. The 20x can be used for wide views of the sky or daytime land viewing.
